Dr Girija completed her MBBS from JSS Medical college, Mysore. Subsequently she moved to the UK for higher training. She worked at various Hospitals in the UK at various capacities, eventually completing her MRCOG . She has been well trained in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She has had exposure in various subspecialities within 0&G, which includes UroGynaecology, Subfertility, Menopause clinics, Maternal and Fetal medicine. These periods of training at various hospitals and levels has provided her the necessary confidence and insight in managing different levels of complexity of patients safely. Her passion is to develop safe delivery methods and reduce maternal mortality. she has good communication skills and striving to encourage people to embrace normal delivery. She is trying to integrate all medical specialities to improve the maternal and child wellbeing.
