Syeda Hurmath is a dedicated nephrologist with a rich academic and clinical background. She completed her MBBS in 2013 from Adichunchungiri Institute of Medical Sciences, Mandya, and pursued her DNB in General Medicine at Peerless Hospital, Kolkata.
Dr.Hurmath worked for one year at Bangalore Medical College before pursuing her super-specialization in Nephrology at Yashoda Hospital, Hyderabad.
She has since gained extensive experience at prestigious institutions such as JIPMER in Pondicherry and Madras Medical Mission in Chennai, where she was a part of India’s first Onco-Nephrology conference.
Her academic journey includes completing the prestigious Glomcon virtual fellowship(2023), which further deepened her expertise in glomerular diseases. Her research acumen has been recognized with the Best Abstract Award from the Indian Society of Nephrology in 2023. She has also presented her research at the Congress of the Transplantation Society in Istanbul in 2024, showcasing her work on a global platform.
