About

Dr. Syed Zahid Raza is a Consultant Urologist with MBBS, MS (General Surgery) and MCh (Urology) qualifications, with an experience of 13 years. He completed his MCh at JSS Medical College, Mysore, where he secured the highest marks in the superspeciality examination. His interests include endourology, RIRS, laser surgeries, reconstructive urology, laparoscopic surgeries, robotic urology, transplant surgeries and andrology. He has performed more than 5,000 stone surgeries, including RIRS, and more than 3,000 prostate surgeries, including laser prostatectomy. He was a Council Member of the Bangalore Urological Society and of the Youth Wing of the Urological Society of India. He has been invited faculty at national and international conferences, including SIU 2022 in Montreal and the Arab Urology Association conference in Qatar in 2024, and has published in peer-reviewed journals.
